Arrived too late for the best of it just as nearly 20 early birds were heading off at Cooden .... rigged too big as conscious of the current running as neared high tide .... basic error ... should have used PW78 & 4.5m, or even 4.0m !! Got spanked, totally overpowered. Only did a couple of runs and landed totally knackered .... considered rigging 4.5m and PW78 and wind continued to fill in .... high tide approached fast and I needed to be home early as had someone coming to view the motorhome we are selling .... copped out and went home feeling like i'd really dipped out. Never mind, got some big air prior to big crash landings ....
